Welcome to Wellington Farms located in Collierville, Tennessee!
Wellington Farms is one of the largest subdivisions in the city of Collierville, with two homeowner groups: 151 homes in phases 1-3, and another 375 homes in phases 4, 5A, 5B, and 6-10. The Wellington Farms Homeowners Association (WFHA), founded in October 2001, manages the affairs for the 375 homes in phases 4, 5A, 5B, and 6-10 while the families in phases 1-3 remain independent. The WFHA is managed through the volunteer efforts of elected representatives for each phase and officers who may be sitting board members or members of the community at large.
The surrounding Collierville community offers outstanding schools, churches of all faiths, beautiful parks and recreational facilities, fun shopping and dining to satisfy all. The small town charm and culture compliment the big city amenities.
Collierville is estimated to have a growing population of 44,300 in 2010. The selling price of homes in our zip code (38017) on average is $250,000. In Wellington Farms the average selling price on homes through the first half of 2011 was $285,000. The WFHA continues to look for ways to improve our neighborhood and keep our home values increasing in the future.
